Who we are

This site and the software products under the TestFixtureCAD brand (including PlateDesignTools) are operated by Younglim CNS (영림CNS), a Korean business at 570-6 Dongtangiheung-ro, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. What we collect and why

• When you contact us / request a trial — your name, email address, company name, and the message you send. We use this only to respond to you, provide a trial, and follow up about the product. Legal basis: your consent / our legitimate interest in responding.
• When you buy a license — the purchase is processed by our payment provider (Merchant of Record), [LemonSqueezy / Paddle]. They collect your billing details and act as the data controller for that payment data; see their privacy policy at [link]. We receive your name, email, company, country, and license/order information so we can issue and support your license.
• When you use the software — the application contacts our payment provider's license API to activate and periodically validate your license key, sending a license key and a machine identifier. No design data, drawings, or files leave your machine. [Confirm exactly what the app transmits.]
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) to serve the site and protect against abuse.
• Support correspondence — emails you send us, kept so we can help you and keep a record of the matter.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. [Adjust if anything changes.]

Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, may set a strictly necessary cookie (e.g. __cf_bm) to protect the site from automated abuse; this is exempt from consent requirements. Who we share it with

Only with service providers acting on our behalf: our payment provider [LemonSqueezy / Paddle] (payments, license keys, invoicing), our hosting provider Cloudflare (site hosting, DNS, email routing), [our form provider Formspree if used — contact-form delivery], and our email provider for forwarded mail. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service. We may also disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Korea (e.g. in the United States or the EU). [State the safeguards relied on — e.g. the providers' standard contractual clauses / their compliance commitments. Link to their data-processing terms.]

How long we keep it

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Korean residents have rights under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA); EU/UK residents under the GDPR; California residents under the CCPA/CPRA. Security
